SPOC (Single Point of Contact) is a communication channel designed to connect the dealer with the operations team, acting as a centralized bridge for communication. When a Project Coordinator (PC) needs to request documentation or information from the dealer, the request must be made through SPOC.

SPOC will handle the communication with the dealer and, once the information is complete, will relay it back to the PC. This approach ensures that PCs can remain focused on project management rather than communication tasks.

Additionally, SPOC supports projects that are in hold status by reviewing them individually and providing options to move them forward. However, SPOC is not responsible for executing the actions required to advance these projects; this responsibility lies with both the dealer and the PC, who must determine the next steps and follow through with the agreed process.
